You will be the innovation & technology partner of Singapore enterprises, seeking to grow their business through adoption of technologies and expertise to create new or improved products or services and to differentiate themselves from competition. You will function as the bridge between these Singapore companies and their technology partners and technical experts from within and beyond the global innovation ecosystem.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting companies on their innovation journey
- Play a pivotal role in value-adding to the business growth strategies with Singapore companies to identify business pain-points and uncover their innovation and technology needs.
- Tap into IPI’s global innovation network to seek out and match relevant technologies that can address the identified needs.
- Work closely with Singapore companies to render support to the decision makers, so as to navigate the nuances of adopting and commercialising technologies.
Deepening and Enlarging IPI’s Global Innovation Network
- Reach out to global innovation nodes both locally and overseas and to enlarge IPI’s innovation network.
- Access innovation and technologies from diverse sources to address the needs of Singapore Enterprises.
- Upkeep and deepen relationship with technology partners who are keen to out-license or avail their technology for co-creation purposes by featuring them on IPI’s online virtual marketplace as well as sharing them with technology seekers.
Capturing Mindshare and Engaging Industry
- Curate technologies that can address upcoming trends and sharing these insights via forums or publications.
- Design and execution of thought leadership initiatives, industry engagement activities including IPI’s flagship event – TechInnovation, to catalyse innovation adoption.
- Seek out innovative solvers that can address various Open Innovation Challenges that IPI organises for corporates.
