Senior Manager, Strategy, Marketing & Communications

The Senior Manager, Strategy Marketing & Communications seeks to strengthen IPI’s marketing capabilities by developing and operationalising IPI’s marketing strategy. He or she will be responsible for identifying and engaging relevant channels, channel partners and media agencies which IPI could work closely with to market IPI and its respective activities, events and services to reach out to local enterprises the global innovation ecosystem of industry and technology multipliers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective long-term marketing strategy for IPI in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Convert strategic goals into year-on-year marketing activities/campaigns to execute on an annual basis
  • Ensure alignment of marketing plans with organisational goals.
  • Develop effective marketing content for B2B marketing of IPI and its respective activities, events and services
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns
  • Measure, report and review the effectiveness of marketing efforts in a timely manner
  • Drive digital communications strategy to deliver digital/social content to increase awareness, engagement and leads
  • Work with team to plan, conceptualise, and develop engaging and compelling digital/social content
  • Lead development, execution and measurement of content and technical SEO and SEM
  • Analyse data from digital channels and Google analytics to enhance and optimise efforts
  • Project manage events from conceptualisation to completion for physical and digital events.
  • Develop marketing communication materials to support objectives

Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B, content, digital and event marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is preferred
  • Experience or interest in technology-related business is advantageous
  • Good understanding of marketing channels and content planning for effective marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, time-management and project management skills
  • Strong decision-making and influencing skills
  • Resourceful and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and flexible, with a good eye for creativity
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams
