Manoj Coelho has 20 years of Leadership experience in the healthcare business across India, Japan, the United States (Global office) and Singapore (APAC office). He has deep knowledge of the medical device and in-vitro diagnostics space and is known for his strategic mindset and passion for building highly motivated winning teams.
Manoj combines the values of portfolio development, marketing, medical communications, digital, sales effectiveness, market access, regulatory and supply chain to create a comprehensive but simple path to success. He has successfully led teams through various business transformations, such as the financial turnaround of ASP Japan and OCD India, both divisions of Johnson & Johnson (J&J); and leading a start-up division at NOCIL. He also led the post- acquisition integration of a healthcare business into Fortive Corporation. He is actively involved in advising and mentoring medtech start-ups in Asia.
Between 2016 and 2019, Manoj was General Manager of ASP Japan and a member of the Johnson & Johnson K.K. management board. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics India and held various global and regional marketing leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Medical. He also taught International Marketing at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai India.
