On 8 January 2018, IPI organised an Internet-of-Things (IoT) Innovation Roundtable with an invited speaker from Arm, a multinational corporation providing microprocessor and IoT solutions. Following the fruitful Arm Mbed Cloud training workshop in November last year, Arm was keen to partner IPI for a second networking session to share more of its insights on IoT applications and management.
Edo Ganot, Vice President, Sales and Business Development from Arm’s IoT Services Group, presented Arm’s experience with IoT services for business innovation as well as a global perspective of IoT ecosystems found in various countries and how players in the value chain interacted with each other. Several case studies from companies across vertical markets such as logistics, asset tracking, utilities and smart spaces and facilities were featured. After the insightful presentation, participants continued to engage Arm’s executives in further discussions.
