IPI was invited by the Agensi Inovasi Malaysia (AIM) to participate in a roundtable "IP in the Digital Era - Is It Still Relevant" on 7 Mar 2014. Topics of discussion were issues on IP acquisition, rising cost of seeking IP consultation services and IP knowledge sharing in the commercial and academic arena.

IPI was invited by the Agensi Inovasi Malaysia (AIM) to participate in a roundtable "IP in the Digital Era - Is It Still Relevant" on 7 Mar 2014. Topics of discussion were issues on IP acquisition, rising cost of seeking IP consultation services and IP knowledge sharing in the commercial and academic arena. Representing IPI was Senior Technology Consultant, Mr Michael Goh who shared on IPI’s role as an open innovation enabler for Singapore-based SMEs in matching enabling technology and capability to meet their innovation needs.

Other panelists included, Dr Rofina Yasmin Othman of the University Malaya Centre for Innovation and Commercialisation; Dr Viraj Perera from AIM; Azimah Abdul Kadir from Mimos and P. Kandiah of KASS International.
