The industry along with the public agencies face key challenges such as manpower shortage, increasing need to improve productivity and limited technology adoption. With the tightening of local labour market, there is a need for step-change improvements in the productivity of both private and public entities. Through this call for proposal (CFP), public agencies can collaborate with private enterprises to improve productivity and develop sustainable technology solutions.

This CFP is jointly launched by the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) and partnering public agencies to invite local enterprises to develop innovative solutions to address operational challenges and to provide opportunities for test bedding. This initiative is supported by problem statements from partnering public agencies like National Environment Agency (NEA), Housing and Development Board (HDB), Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), National Healthcare Group (NHG) and SPRING Singapore.
