Now it’s trivial to generate BIG ‘omics’ data but very difﬁcult to manage, analyse and visualise the ‘omics’ data. Our invention precisely solves this bottleneck by providing a cloud based interactive digital platform with automated and dynamic workﬂows with unique UI that is highly scalable and hosted on a Supercomputer.
Our platform allows the integration of any number of algorithms in a well structured and distributed environment. The automated data-ﬂow and simulataneous analysis, once the critical parameter are set, alleviates error prone manual analysis and increases accuracy and efﬁciency in terms of man-power utilization. The analysed datasets can be automatically exported to a cloud based Knowledegbase with custom UI for better interaction with the end user.
This technology can be effectively used in Genomics based Precision Medicine through effective utilization of Supercomputing power in analysing BIG ‘omics’ data with more accuracy and faster TAT.
