This monitoring system can be deployed in scale across large geographical locations, as it uses cloud-based technologies to simplify collection of continuous ‘live-streamed’ electrocardiogram (ECG) from any connected location worldwide.
This system has a user-administered, easy-to-use discrete ECG wearable that has no cumbersome wires. The wearable and can be sent directly to a patient’s home for immediate use. The wearable streams the ECG data to the cloud through a smart device such as a mobile phone. It can be used clinically from 1-day up to 30-days for early detection of infrequent but dangerous arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation.
