Seeking Technologies to Personalise Nutrition for Little Ones

Background / Description

Every child is unique and responds differently to the progressive introduction of different foods. From initial breast or formula milk to later weaning foods, such as pureed fruits and vegetables to the subsequent introduction of meat and other possible common food allergens such as nuts or seafood, parents are concerned if their child is getting the right nutrition across every developmental stage. Each child's diet may further require personalised attention as it caters to unique family diets or be medically necessary such as in the case of a lactose or gluten-free diet.

Danone Nutricia Research is seeking technology that can help parents or caregivers understand the unique nutritional requirements of their babies across different developmental stages.

Technical Specifications

The solution should be tied to important parameters such as the baby’s height, weight, cognitive development, etc., and lifestyles (e.g. sleeping and activity) and provide parents with actionable insights on the foods that can support optimal growth.

We are open to collaborating with you to develop your idea/prototype into a working solution.
