3. Proprietary algorithms - which is use to optimize multi-trait products and design them in-silico before breeding them in the field

a. Defining target product genomic code (TPGC) – From the thousands of QTL, the uses its algorithms to predict epistatic and heterotic effects on the expected descendants and to minimise epigenetic effects. Thus, the genomic code of the target product, the TPGC is computed. The theoretical genetic combination produces the target product which is the company's core computational breeding technique.

b. Optimize selection performance by stimulating millions of selfing and crossing combinations in silico. The company identifies the plant combination that produces a product as close as possible to the planned TPGC in the shortest time

c. The company validates the phenotypes and their agronomical and chemical properties in various field environments.

This prediction model gives the process high resolution and accuracy then traditional breeding. The breeding program is dynamic. New populations are introduced to the program annually to strengthen the influence of previously discovered QTL.
