Ambidexter is designed to improve fine motor functional skills with robotics and gamification. It helps train coordination of neurological, physiologic and biologic processes that is required for fine motor acquisition.

Incorporating robotics and gamification, it promotes visual-motor coordination and motivation. Robotic allows children to have intensive rehabilitation and more opportunities for practice. It also free up the time for therapist and caregivers.

Technology Features & Specifications

Ambidexter is designed to train opening/closing and pronation/supination of the hand.

It uses a patented cam mechanism to offer a more natural and comfortable interaction with the subjects.

It has embedded force sensing resistor (FSR) sensors that interact directly with the fingers which promote fine motor skills training.

The data are recorded and presented graphically, these data are sent via internet of things (IoT) to the servers and can be retrieved by a mobile app and access by the caregiver and the therapists.

Ambidexter grip is ambidextrous. It is used for both left and right hand. It is intuitive for users. Set-up is easy and takes less than 1 minute.
