Manoj Shetty is the CEO and Board member at Infinit-O Global, specialising in business process optimisation. He also advises Baring Private Equity Asia as an Industry Advisor on future acquisitions and existing portfolio company operations.
Prior to this, Manoj was a Management Board member and Chief Revenue Officer of Study Group, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of the business and delivered Industry-leading growth through digital transformation, international expansion and operational excellence. He was one of the project leads in the successful transaction from Providence Private Equity to Ardian Private Equity. Manoj has also led global teams in over 40 locations to achieve their strategic goals.
Manoj has a wealth of experience, having held various leadership roles in Microsoft UK and India. His career has also spanned both public and private sectors; in addition he has worked in a VC-funded start-up for eight years.
Manoj holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India. Manoj is also a certified Independent Director, INSEAD since March 2020.
